The car featured has just came out of long term ownership, and has been in Texas for many years. With it Originally coming out of California from the history that I was told.
The original Numbers matching engine was sourced and purchased by the previous owner, and it is crated and will be included in the sale, along with the original transmission. I do not see anything that would prevent the Original engine from being re-useable/rebuildable.
The engine currently in the car is a correct 914-6 engine and transmission, it runs great!
Presented in its original color of canary yellow. it is a nice paint job that is very presentable with minor flaws. the body is straight and doors close nicely.
The interior is in good shape also, no rips or holes in the seats, the dash pad has no cracking either.
Aside from the rarity of the car in general, this car retains its original rust free floors! I could not find rust anywhere else under the car, and it appears to still have most of its factory undercoating present.
All VIN Tags are present, as well as the VIN sticker in the drivers door Jamb, and to further authenticate this car I have the COA which will be included.
With just over 3, 000 914-6 made- original, unmodified examples that have never been fully restored, are extremely rare- and do not come on the market often.
