Thanks for looking! Here is my 1971 Datsun 240Z up for auction. This is a series one car, so it has the 240Z emblems on the side. To my knowledge, this is a numbers matching car, with the original 4 speed transmission. I have owned this Z car since September, and I believe I am the third owner with a classic car dealer being the second owner. I do not know the full history of the car, but I do know it came from Denver. The original owner did an amazing job keeping this car rust free! The fender wells are coated with something like rhino liner. This car was sheltered and kept well. It was originally blue and was repainted white at some point. The repaint is pretty good with some blemishes. VERY presentable!!!! I have driven the car many times to car shows and to the fire station with no issues! I replaced the exhaust from the end of the header to the back with mandrel bent 2.25 inch pipe into a glass pack with a nice black tip on the end. It sounds so good! The motor starts right up without hesitation, unless when it's cold you just have to use the choke and give it some gas. It has the PU type carbs, and I do have the original air box. The front brakes have been converted to disc brakes with stainless braided lines. The master cylinder does need to be replaced though. Easy fix. I had the fuel tank acid washed and lined on the inside. The wheels are the Rota RB series and I plasti dipped the spokes and left the lip polished. If the buyer does not like the black, it can be removed easily. Same thing for the door handles and mirror. If you are looking for a great classic Z car to work on while you enjoy driving it, this one is for YOU!!!

The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
