Description:

Selling my 1971 Datsun 240z. Love this car. I'm the 3rd owner and purchased it last year, just haven't had time to drive it like I had hoped. IMO the series 1 is the best looking version of this car, with the looks of the Jaguar e-type and the dimensions of the 911.
Details:Mileage: 229, 000 milesOriginal L24 2.4L inline-six, _completely_ rebuilt 9, 000 miles ago from the ground up by Z specialistsStock wheels and configuration, no aftermarket additionsRepainted maroon color from original colorHave original badges from car if you'd like to put them back onSingle aftermarket upgrade is an ABS (anti-lock braking system) added by previous owner
Recent updates:Complete work over by the former San Diego Z shop (zwhiz), which is now Aero Auto (10/2017) including 4x new tires (205x14), valve readjustment, carburetor tuning, brake master cylinder replacement, replace bent gas tank line, clutch readjustment.
Stats: Runs incredibly well for a 46 year old car! Inline six sounds awesome when the carbs kick in past 4k RPM. Has some small dings (not through paint, could be bumped out) on the side and has a single crack in the dash, which happens to nearly every Z of this generation. No rust that I am aware of. Interior is in 9/10 condition for this age, and with a little TLC you could win classic car shows with this car.
Questions from ebay:* 1971-73 240 Z's do not have air conditioning. You can add as an aftermarket for around $1k.
Best of luck!
