1972 Nissan Datsun 510
This is a great opportunity to purchase a Barn Find Nissan Datsun 510. She has her flaws but great potential for appreciation in value with some sweat equity. I have owned the vehicle for two years and have put about 1, 000 miles on. She cruises the back road curves and highway straights with no hesitation. I am the third owner and with my ownership it has always been stored in a garage away from the weather. The odometer in the car is correct and currently shows 90, 692 and will go up slightly as I drive it occasional on nice days. All the numbers match and I see no signs of body and drivetrain replacements. There is some rust in the back passenger quarter and some bubbles in rockers. The Blue paint appears to be original single stage. There is paint blemishes as shown in photos that it has peeled and shows exposed metal. The trunk lid is the worst with cracks and chips. Overall the Datsun is clean with no modifications or alterations. The interior is original as well. The drivers seat needs a new cover as seen in photos. The headliner in the rear is torn and the back seat top seam has come undone. The interior hood release handle broke and has been removed and replace with and under the hood pull. The radiator does have a slow leak, but the car will come with a new one to install if preferred. All of the electrical components work (lights, radio, heat, horn, etc) but the overhead dome light. The tires are new with less than 1, 000 miles and the wheels have the original caps.
