Great barn find. Vehicle has been in dry storage for the last 15 years.
3 owner vehicle with a repaint showing in great condition. The only attention I found was that a patch panel is need in the passenger floor pan, and body filler has lifted on the rear lift gate. From what I can see there, no rust has intruded as it has been in dry storage.
Brakes need a going over, and I have a recondition brake booster, new rear brake cylinders, brake shoes, master cylinder, and brake shoe spring kit that will go with the car.
The seats have been recovered, but the car should have new carpet, although acceptable for now. A couple of cracks in the dash cover.
Tires in great condition, although purchased in 2002.
Carbuerators have been overhauled in the last month ($635), and the car runs although with the cold snap the choke is not getting the car fired up. New battery. I have driven the car, but with the brakes in the condition they were in, I deferred operating until the above had been replaced.
I have 3 other projects that require attention (2 MGB's, & TR4A), so this one is up for sale.
