History: This car has been in a garage for the past 20 years or so. The owner just got the car running and driving again. This car is very original and would be a great weekend project or restoration candidate. This car has always been a Northern California car.

Exterior: This car was the very desirable Datsun Orange from the factory. It still appears to retain most of its original paint. There are some areas where there is sun fading(as seen in the pictures of the roof). This car shows no signs of any accidents and all of the doors and panels close properly. The front hood latch, cable and knob need to be installed, however they are included. There is a small spot of rust at the bottom of the door as seen in the pictures. There is no filler, bondo, etc on this car. This car has its original bumper overiders and factory sun shade. The sun shade is not installed and the rear overider is missing the correct bolts. The previous owner said the upper hose coming out of the thermostat was bypassed since it was leaking. I would recommend this be fixed prior to driving.
Engine/Transmission: This car still has its original engine. This motor starts right up and makes good power. It revs smoothly and does not have any leaks or smoke. This car has a 5spd manual transmission. This car is missing its shift knob and shift boot.
Interior: The interior to this car is still stock and original. All of the lights, turn signals, brake lights, choke light work. There is a radio blank plate that is in place of the radio.
Wheels/Suspension/Brakes: This car has new tires and very clean wheels. The car has new brakes as well; including new shoes, pads, master cylinder rubber lines, etc.
Overall: This is a very original clean example of the early 240z. This car has great bones and would make a great driver with the work done. To sum up again what this car needs.
- Shift knob and boot
- Rear bumper overider properly installed
- Sun shade installed
- Upper hose from thermostat properly hooked up
- Front hood latch, cable and knob installed.
