1973 International Scout II
69000 miles
Core support was replaced; new mounts were installed under it.
Both front fenders were stripped and sand blasted in and out.
Both front fenders were fitted with new O.E.M. quality bottoms.
Wheel openings were rebuilt.
P.O.R. 15 Sealer brushed on all welds.
W.S. Pillar replaced
W.S. Pillar cowel blasted and primed.
Original top was not repairable. A good replacement was found, repaired, sand blasted and primed.
Two extra side glasses for topper.
Rear window (deck) repaired, sand blasted, primed.
Both doors were completely disassembled and sand blasted.
Outer skin bottoms were replaced.
Both inner rockers rebuilt.
Both sides of front lower quarter panels were removed to replace B. Pillars on rockers.
Door shells were rebuilt.
Cab floors cut out.
A &B Pillars rebuilt in & out.
A & B Pillar body mounts cut out, completely rebuilt body mount bracket, replaced with O.E.M. QT bracket and new mounts. Both Right sides rebuilt (inners)
Approximately 10” rear floor cut out, complete rear body mount bracket replaced with O.E.M. Almost all hardware new.
Painted inside and outside September 2016.
