1974 Datsun 260z small early bumpers. Car was originally purchased by my father and I in early 1980's from believed to be original owner and regularly driven to 120k miles when the engine started to burn oil and smoke in 1986. It is the original color paint resprayed in the early 80's and the seats were redone at the same time as well. To best of my knowledge it was a Colorado car from new. The engine starts and runs but would need a rebuild with rings. I have replaced the clutch hydraulics so it can be shifted, but the brakes needs the hydraulics replaced, but have used hand brake for moving it around. The body is solid with only issues on the drivers side. I the left fender and door is bent from getting caught on each after the front fender was pushed slightly back into the door when moving into the storage barn and then the door was opened and caught the fender. There is also a small amount of rust on the bottom drivers fender, but 2 original front 240z fenders in great shape are included in the sale along with a left door in great shape. There is also a small rust spot behind driver's rear door lower and little paint bubble around rear wheel arc. Other than that the car appears to be almost rust free. No rust in doors, door jams, passenger side, floor boards, spare tire carrier, rear trunk area. Bumpers have been bumped a couple times and need straightening, chroming and realigning. Also included in the sale is a NOS radiator and a 240z wood steering wheel.
