RARE FIND! Engine totally rebuilt including new cylinders and heads, I have the receipt for $3200. Approximately 500 miles on the rebuild. Runs excellent. New ball joints, new CV joints and boots , new battery. Floor pans have been replaced. EMPI exhaust. Pirelli tires with spare and original jack. Chrome wheel trim rings. Convertible top is excellent with zip out rear window. Four brand new(never used) side curtains. High end marine JVC stereo with CD. Stereo has Bluetooth/USB port and is Sirius ready. Stereo system is mounted in weatherproof enclosure. Captain chairs with arm rests. Heater and defroster. All doors are removable and windshield folds down. The 1974 is most desirable having the VW Beetle style heater. The 1973 was equipped with a short lived and dangerous gasoline powered heater. Most owners removed these heaters or made them non functioning. Clean North Carolina title in hand. I have both The Thing decals if you want to apply them. Huge factory service manual and box of additional parts. All new and used parts readily available online. This THING turns more heads than a Ferrari!
