This recently restored 1977 International Scout II is ready to show and enjoy.
The original 304 was professionally rebuilt, and it and the transmission run very well. It was taken off the frame to allow everything to be refinished, rebuilt, or replaced properly. The body, top, and paint show and shine very well, and it gets compliments everywhere on the paint.
The front and rear ends were inspected and found to be in good condition. Suspension, brakes, and steering components were all serviced or replaced during the build.
Custom interior looks great with the spray lined tub and custom seats. Please check out the pictures and feel free to request additional info or pictures.
There are a few items to note that still need attention. I have had intermittent problems with both the temp and fuel gauge. I do not know if it is the gauge or a connection. The AC system is complete and all seems to be in good condition, but it has not been charged up yet. Alabama is a non title state on vehicles over 30 years of age. It will be sold with a transferable antique vehicle registration, tag, and notarized bill of sale. This is acceptable to almost all DMVs but in the case that there is any issue in the buyer's home state, I will assist in every way possible.
This is an extremely nice ride and will be nice for someone's collection or weekend toy. The buyer will be supplied with all pictures that I have from the restoration, as well as copies of receipts, labor hours, paint codes, etc.
