Very Nice 1978 GMC Jimmy, 4x4, V8, automatic transmission. Drives and Shows very good, It is a real eye catcher, painted in an original GMC color from 1978. Floors in passenger area , rockers, fenders both inner and outer, Hood, doors, bumpers were all replaced with new parts. All new body and cab mounts with bushings installed, New shocks, weather stripping, glass felt, windshield and rubber, rear gate weather-stripping are new. gas tank, Tires, Brakes, exhaust, windshield wiper motor, heater fan, radiator also new. Carburetor was rebuilt, new plugs, wires, and tune up. The engine ran well when purchased so we did not rebuild. Seats front and rear have been reupholstered. New radio, speakers with CD player and Bluetooth have been professionally installed. I decided to Rhino Line the floors instead of carpet, this was my personal preference. Door handles and rear gate crank also new. Jimmy fender side emblems are original and have some pitting. The dash was replaced with a new cover. It has a sun/moon roof, not original , Sun Roof looks to be of the 80s era. I ordered new seatbelts for the front however they are backordered. If they arrive before sold they will go with the vehicle. If not you will be purchasing without front seatbelts. Buyers understand that this was not a frame off restoration. Body and paint was professionally done with many new parts. The work started 2 years ago and was completed about a year ago. this was done for me as my personal vehicle. Vehicle is listed with a reasonable reserve. If you have experience with restoring vehicles you will know this will sell for far less than I have invested. I am not the original owner, and I did not purchase from the original owner. The mileage listed is accurate per the odometer however I cannot guarantee this. odometer does work.
