This is a wonderful 1979 Fiat Spider 2000 in white with a biscuit tan interior. Being sold without a reserve.
Originally a California car (it still has California service station stickers in the door jam) it was brought to the East Coast by the previous owner around 10 years ago and garage kept. It has been driven only on sunny days, in 2016 it was driven around 400 miles. The car has essentially no rust on it (hard to find on a fiat!). The newer top was installed around 8 years ago and it is in great shape with a nice clear window. The seats have no tears, scuffs or rips. I had Yokohoma tires installed 01-15-2017. It runs, drives and stops like it should, it always fires right up even after periods of non use.
I was attracted this particular Fiat because it is both mechanically sound and very presentable. Most of the Fiat 124s I looked at either drove well but were rusty, or didn't run but looked great. This beautiful car has been garaged, I am selling it because soon I will not have storage for it and I refuse to park it outside. It has been used regularly on nice days and always serviced, so you can get in and drive it anywhere. It has passed the strict NY state inspection every year without issue (last inspected in March of 2016, and it has been driven only 400 miles since then)
There are a few minor nicks here and there on the car as should be expected with any older vehicle but this Fiat Spider presents very nicely.
