1982 DeLorean
This is a 5-speed manual transmission 1982 DeLorean. I've had the car since 2011. In that time, it's always been garage kept. I haven't driven it much. I'll go over the condition of the car as best as I can and give as many details as I know. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
The car is in decent shape. It has some work to be done before it's a daily driver. Despite the parts I've replaced on the fuel system, it recently started having issues on a cold start. If you perform the plug swap trick, it'll start and stay on.
What I've Fixed Replaced almost the entire fuel system. The only part I haven't gotten to is the fuel accumulator. I do have the part and will be included with the car.
Fuel System Maintenance done:
drained/cleaned fuel tank replace fuel distributor replaced fuel lines replaced fuel injectors replaced fuel pump replaced fuel tank sending unit - may need to be replaced again replaced all sensors in the fuel system - thermo time switch may need replacing to fix cold start issue Brake System:
replaced rotors replaced brake lines replaced master cylinder replaced all 4 tires Cooling System:
replaced all hoses Engine:
replaced vacuum hoses replaced butterfly assembly on the intake cleaned out 'valley of death' - also painted over it with POR to protect it from ever rusting Electrical

Interior
Newly upholstered seats - backing of seats still need to be sewn in place - those are included with the carNew binnacle (though it's black on the grey interior) Outstanding Issues The A/C on the car does not work. I never got to looking into it so I don't know what it would take to get it running. The interior has some issues. I've included pictures of the issues that need attention. I did replace the instrument cluster. I attached pictures of the old one with the mileage on it. The new instrument cluster's speedometer does not work. The door struts need to be replaced.Radio antenna does not go up. I have the part but never got around to fixing it. Will include the part with the car. The engine cover directly above the engine does not stay up on it's own. Again, if you have any questions, please send me a message and I'll get back to you.
