Seller's Notes Cold Start: here Warm Idle: here Ride Along: here Exterior For Sale is a 1984 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE. This is the model to have, if you’re looking for the best of the FB generation RX-7. The SE package brought a fuel injected 1.3l (13b) rotary engine paired with a 5 speed manual transmission, as well as upgraded suspension, brakes, and a limited slip differential. There have been only 2 owners of this car since new. The first owned it until 2003 when it was purchased by aunt and uncle. It was always a weekend car for them. Never driven in inclement weather and always stored during the winter. My uncle was the primary caretaker of the vehicle and it was his pride and joy. He did most of the regular maintenance himself, but there are service records for the few things that were professionally done by a specialist shop. My uncle passed away in 2019, and I am now listing the car for my aunt. The car is in great shape for its age. The paint is original, and free of any major blemishes. There is a small scratch on the passenger door and some scuffs on the lower front air dam. This is a rust free car. All the major problem areas that commonly deteriorate on this car (sunroof drain channels, front fender wells) are well preserved. The interior has been equally well cared for. Everything works as it should (the stereo, all buttons and switches). The previous owner added a wood trimmed sport steering wheel, with a matching shift knob/handbrake lever, and also a Clarion CD player with an external changer. There is a little wear on the drivers seat, and a missing volume knob for the stereo, but otherwise it is remarkably clean inside. The engine runs strong and has no issues.
