Mercury Capri ASC McLaren .This Mercury Capri is one of only 186 convertibles made by ASC McLaren in 1985
It has just undergone a full body respray in its original color, and the seats were recovered at the same time. The car has the Ford 302 (5 ltr) engine and is automatic LHD, it starts, drives and stops fine. The top is in good condition, no tears, no leaks. Has good tires all round. Looks fabulous, and you will never see another one (probably)
I am the third owner of the car and it has always lived in Florida.
This is not a family car, it only has 2 seats, the ASC company removed the back seats to make a place for the roof to fold into.
Need more info, _email and I will answer what I can, though not a mechanic or expert in this type of vehicle.
The mileage showing on the dash is 12400 (5 figure odometer)
actual mileage according to title is 112, 400. Car is being used for shows etc, so this figure will change.
