1986 Buick Regal T-Type, 3.8 Liter SFITurbocharged/Intercooled V6, 4 Speed Automatic Transmission. Approx 56, 000 miles. (Original US CAR)
1 of 1921 produced in 1986. Car is in excellent condition. Very much an original car that has not been raced, butchered or abused.
Never driven in winter. Original US Car.
Engine: Stock Original 3.8L SFITURBO V6. Basically stock except for:
Turbo Tweeks mild chip, 3 inch exhaust, GM HP coil, K&N Filters & some cosmetic stuff. Have original parts.
Always run with Synthetic oil (Mobil 1 or Penzoil Platinum)
Exhaust: 3 inch downpipe with single cat. splits into dual exhaust after. (3inch)
Trans: Stock Original stock 200-R4 4-speed O/D automatic.
Differential: Original Posi-trac 3.42:1
Body: Is very clean & straight. Repainted 1 time original Gun-metal Grey due to GM clear coat peeling. Body is Rust free & very straight.
some minor chips here & there. Rear bumper fillers have had some repairs but will eventually need to be replaced. Drivers side bumper
filler has a crack in it and the Passenger one is an NOS one but will need to be painted properly. I have an NOS drivers side one.
Interior: All original, unrestored & in Mint Condition. Has Digital Dash and premium radio. A/C does not work, had it charged once but didn't hold.
Options: From what I can determine it has just about everything except: Cruise Control, t-tops or astro-roof.
The car runs and drives great. Lots of power and trans shifts fine. Digital dash gas gauge is not very accurate. Found that out the hard way when
I ran out of gas while the gauge said I still had 5 gallons of gas left. If car sits for a few days there will be drip of oil on the ground.
Have taken car to many shows and it always gets lots of attention. Do not really want to sell but have to many cars.
