for sale my 1986 Buick T-Type. For starters this car has been a fantastic fun fast reliable car to me.
The engine is the 3.8 Intercooled LC2 with 130k miles. It has an upgraded turbonetics turbo with blue top injectors 33lbs I think. Has an adjustable accufab fuel pressure regulator, 3in RJC downpipe with a 3in single shot exhaust. The trans is the 200r4 with a stall. This car is very fast and shifts great. The only thing it will need is fuel lines as I was changing the fuel filter and twisted the line.
The interior of the car cleans up beautifully, it has cloth Lear Seigler seats with a console and floor shift. There are no large tears in the interior and the headliner is in great shape. Radio works with cassette player, also has the scan master mounted under the radio. Has an A-Pillar Guage pod that needs gauges.
The body of this car is overall solid in the right places. It has some driver side floor rust but the rest of the floor is very clean as is under the back seat. The drivers quarter could use some work as it has some rust. Rockers are clean, Fenders and hood are clean, has driver quality paint that shines up nicely. Tail lights are like new. Has new bumper fillers front and rear.
Overall this is a great entry level Turbo Buick. It needs some work of course but doesn’t need a full blown professional resto. Clear title in hand. Call with any questions you may have 847-910-4259
