This is an all original and completely untouched 1986 Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas. The car has 106k original miles. The engine starts right up and runs well. The car has been sitting for awhile and could use a major tune up. The transmission shifts properly. The brakes, steering and suspension are in good order. Car runs at a steady cool temp. The air conditioning needs service. All windows and sunroof work.
This is a Carfax/Autocheck certified no accident vehicle Average Autocheck score is 48-70, this car scored a 62.
Cosmetically the car couldn't be more original. The paint is completely untouched other than a small touch up spot at the lower front windshield (see pics). There are of course various chips, nicks, scuffs, , lacquer checking, hazing, fading, etc. (see pics) The car is 100% rust free other a small spot in the typical areas under the windshield. The rest of the body and chassis are completely rust free, without a single spec of rust. No major dents. The car has a lot of patina and is attractive and appealing as it is. All other chrome trim and weatherstripping are in very good condition.
The interior is also completely un-touched. The leather is a bit worn on the drivers side bolster. Other than that the original leather is in above average condition and not tight and hard like most of them. Good carpeting (normal wear), headliner, door panels and console are all in good shape. The dash and door panels are in great shape. This is a nice honest California survivor in need of little TLC.
-2 center caps are missing
-Tailight has some small cracks/imperfections

The successful high bidder should contact Cali Auto Brokers by telephone within 24 hours, or the next business day, after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we do not hear from you, the vehicle may be sold to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Within 48 hours following the end of auction, a 25% deposit to Cali Auto Brokers shall be sent in the form of cashiers-check or certified funds. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle may be sold to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The transaction must be completed within FIVE business days of the auction end. If not, and an alternative arrangement has not been made, the vehicle may be sold to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Every vehicle we list has a clean title (unless otherwise noted and disclosed).
Buyer is responsible for Tax, Title, and Documentary Fees. Any disputes regarding the sale of this vehicle shall be resolved through arbitration in California, Los Angeles under the laws of California.
