| “guy from argentina went to spain for vacation in1987.. bought this car for duration of holiday. stayed for one month then returned to argentina, leaving the car dry stored. every year he came back for one months vacation. this went on for 28 years. he then passed away leaving the car to his housekeeper . when the estate was finally wound up she advertised it. I spotted it, went to spain and trailered it back to the uk. a round trip of 3000 miles. there is nothing to do to this car at all. the roof lining was sagging so I had new one fitted , an exact same lining as the original was fitted by a professional trimmer. the speedo is in MPH.. the car has a UK M.O.T. All fluids have been renewed. plugs - rotor arm - ht leads distributor cap. front seats have been taken out so all interior has been cleaned. new tyres and exhaust. starts first time. this car is an investment. it will only increase in value. workshop manual comes with vehicle.” |
