Classic Red 1989 Saab 900 Turbo - Convertible - 5-Speed Manual Transmission
in running condition. Needs some TLC. Brand new battery purchased in November 2016. Ragtop was replaced about 13 years ago and still looks beautiful!
This is a great little car! It still has spunk. You will turn heads when driving down the street, and people will try to race you, but not to worry, you will win! This little car still loves an open road; a curvy country road; and even the highway!
Lars was fitted with all the bells and whistles that were available in 1989. Heated seats (driver's side non-operational; however, your passenger will be comfortable); Air Conditioning (non-functional); Leather Interior; Power Windows and Power Roof (still operational, except driver's side window); Cruise Control (still operational); Stereo and Power Antenna operational (dashboard speakers should be replaced). Boot cover for the convertible for when the top is down to gussy him up a bit.
Minor rust (two small spots on driver's side). Minor oil leak. Has a small coolant leak for the heater supply hose. Does not leak if the heat is not running. Odometer and Turbo/APC gauges have stopped working. Dashboard lights are not in working condition. Passenger side headlight mount broken. Tires need to be replaced. Right side fog light is broken, but still in owner's possession.
Excellent candidate for classic restoration!
