One of 48 produced for the U.S. market as an LM American, this is a one-owner vehicle with only 5, 400 original kilometers (3, 400 miles). Exceedingly clean all around with original pearl white paint and stunning red leather interior. The LM002s were remarkably capable trucks for their time with a Countach-derived V12 mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and advanced four-wheel drive system; even by today's standards they offer impressive performance and sound incredible. This example, offered for sale for the first time since it was new, was special-ordered by the current owner along with a Diablo and the pair were delivered in June of 1991 at a cost of $382, 210. It has been maintained by marque specialists and kept with the owner's collection in his climate controlled garage. Sale includes original complete tool roll, hub locking tool, jack, owner's books in leather case, original sales documents and factory sales literature. Original Pirelli Scorpion is mounted on the matching spare; however, the tires on the vehicle have been changed due to age, use and availability considerations.
