For sale we have another outstanding Classic Mini Cooper for sale. This car is turn key ready to drive for the future owner! It has some awesome classic touches but offers the advantages of the late model Mini's such as fuel injection, A/C and the larger 1275cc engine.. It has Mark 1 tail lamps & flip down license plate holder, Austin Cooper front & rear badging, Mark 1 front grill & signal lights, Cooper S 10 Rim & brake conversion, Front & Rear bumper overriders, and Classic styled interior complete with steering wheel.
Drivetrain / Powertrain:
The engine starts right up and runs very strong. Oil pressure sits @ 77 PSI during start up and 68PSI once warm. The transmission shifts smooth. CV axle boots are good. There is a couple oil leaks but nothing that requires immediate attention. 1 axle seal is sweating oil, and there is a small oil leak from the front of the engine.
We have done the following work:~ Oil Change using Conventional 10W40 oil ~ Coolant, and brake fluid changed~ New Plugs, Wires, Distributor Cap & Rotor~ Replaced fuel filter
Mechanical:
This vehicle is sound from top to bottom. It has brand new 10 Dunlop tires, steering & suspension are tight, it has adjustable height suspension with springs. Not much to say about this one... as its in top form.
Body:
The body is in great condition overall. The car has been fully sprayed, the respray was reasonably done. There is a few blemishes from painting and there is 2 spots of minor rust / paint cracking at the front of both doors. Otherwise the car is rust free and shows beautifully.
Underneath the body is overall good condition with no rust, dents or causes for concern.
Interior:
The interior is MINT on this car... The mark 1 steering wheel, classic seat covers, centre binnacle dash and beautiful door trim really gives this car a classic feel but with A/C (which works) you don't have to sacrifice comfort!
