While our primary business focus is restoration and contemporary engineering, we also offer original spiders to customers who are looking for nice driving cars at more affordable prices. These cars have been through our safety inspection process, and can be sold as is or upgraded. This particular example is road ready, just in time for full summer enjoyment. Remember, this is not a Roadster Salon restoration. You can find flaws in any original car, and additional long term maintenance and repairs will always be necessary. Obviously, this Spider can be taken to a higher level. A freshened interior with new leather seats would be one suggestion. Options include mechanical upgrades and full cosmetic restoration. Complete projects typically take between 600-700 man hours of labor. Our highest end projects can easily exceed 1000 man hours. Those looking for a truly turn-key experience may fancy such an approach. However, the level of restoration work is up to our customers. Please call or visit our website for special pricing on individual upgrades and packages. Cosmetic Impressions Exterior paint is shiny with only minor scratches and blemishes. There are a few spots where it appears the clear coat is cloudy, but nothing significant. If a show quality exterior finish is desired, we can certainly address this concern. Our paint work requires complete disassembly and bare metal stripping—so a repaint will be costly and in our opinion, unnecessary. The interior however, could benefit from a refresh. All Alfa Romeo Veloce interiors feature suede inserts that look worn after the first month of use. We recommend replacing the seat faces and backs with premium leather instead. Carpets are fine but would benefit from an upgrade as well. The rest of the interior looks very presentable as is. Mechanical and Driving Impressions All safety concerns have been addressed. Car runs and drives without issue. Steering and braking within spec. No electrical issues reported. No cold start adventures or overheating. We took the car on a 50 miles test drive in a variety of traffic conditions. Very fun to drive and uneventful. Acceleration and handling were secure, and braking inspired confidence. Pricing is fixed up front, and deposits are taken as the car is assembled with the balance paid on delivery. From the faithful Originale, the high value Avanzato model, to the Lusso S2--each package offers superior fit and finish for the dollar. All Roadster Salon Spiders are built to suit the taste, budget and priority of individual clients.

Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale.
Deposit: We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment.
