This is a 1992 Daihatsu Rocky SX Plus from my collection. Compared to the standard SX, the SX Plus has power windows, power mirrors, and power door locks. It also has storage compartments on either side of the rear seat. This vehicle runs and drives properly. It is in original stock condition except for the muffler and radio.
The vehicle has about 209, 167 miles on it, and it received a new clutch and new muffler at around 205, 000 miles. There are no missing parts except the headliner in the removable hardtop. There are some areas in the paint where the clearcoat has faded – a common problem with these vehicles. Everything works, however the AC apparently has a leak because it requires periodic recharging. I have not tried to locate the leak.
Please note that this is an excellent vehicle for a Rocky or mini-jeep enthusiast that loves and understands Rockys. It is not practical, luxurious daily transportation for your teenager. Look elsewhere for that.
