Description:

The real deal one of two red convertibles the first year not a military conversion . if you look at the photos the tailgate says (a.m. general ) When they were sold to the public they said( Hummer ) Up for sale is my 1992 AM General H1 hummer in 1992 they were not sold to the general public only VIPs they made 41 four-door convertible’s only two of them in red this unit was number 14 made for a gentleman named John Walton from what I understand was the next-door neighbor of the CEO of the company After that it was sold to a gentleman in Kansas City Kansas who I bought the truck from 18 years ago. My rental company purchased the vehicle but it was used as my personal vehicle reflected by the mileage. When I purchased a vehicle I think it had 28, 000 miles on it and now it has 40, 700 miles on it 12700 miles in 18 years approximately 700 miles a year . The truck has CTS door AC and heat units 12, 000 pound winch AC does not work but is all they’re probably just needs ac charge because it’s a convertible I have not needed it in the summer I have done normal maintenance exhaust system is new within a few years I have a brand new top in a package I have slant back top and pick up top that came with the vehicle with the bars to install it. It is stored inside in the winter and only driven in the summer months The frame underneath had surface rust and was Epoxy coated see photos The truck runs and drives fine wouldn’t be afraid to drive it anywhere... any questions call me at401-864-2474 Bob
