I have a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood with only 22k miles for sale. This vehicle has been fully armored by O'Gara Hess & Eisenhardt for the U.S. State Department to transport the Saudi Arabian Consular. It just passed CT emissions as well as a safety inspection this October. It has tons of extras which you'll be able to see in the pictures.

The windshield was replaced with regular glass in order for it to pass the safety inspection. The siren works however the volume is low, it could be a poor ground, or even just a volume control I don't know about. The only issue I have had with the vehicle is it shut off while driving one time, it started right back up, and has run fine since, however there may be an issue with the ignition switch that will need to be addressed at some point. Other than that it runs and drives great. It will be sold on a bill of sale as CT does not issue titles for vehicles over 20 model years old. The vehicle comes with the original manual from Cadillac, as well as from O'Gara Hess & Eisenhardt. This vehicle will be sold 100% AS IS. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
