There is no outer body rust. There is a normal amount of rust on the strut towers and under body for a 95. Possibly needs new oil return linegasket as there is a small drop of oil that appears form time to time there. The car also might need a new ignition switch as it might take a turn or two to click over sometimes. The AC was eliminated from the car, but could be reinstalled. Car has about 175k on the body and 92k on the engine and transmission.
