I bought this truck from the son of its original owner back in 2012 after his father passed away. He lived in Michigan and spent his retirement years in Florida. This truck spent every winter in his garage here, and has never seen snow. There is NO rust on the body, and it is in very good condition. The truck only had 67, 000 miles on it when I bought it during the high prices of diesel in 2012. I was driving a diesel at the time and needed to save on the cost of fuel, and this truck get insanely good mileage with its 2.3L gas engine.
I have put approx 18, 000 miles on it since. I have not had one ounce of trouble with it. Since the truck was so nice and I own a four wheel drive, I never drove it in the winter either. So you will be getting a 21 year old truck that has never seen snow. This truck is extremely reliable it can sit for months on end fire right up like it was just running, with no charging of the battery etc, it has been very well behaved. There is a small dent in the bottom right corner of the tailgate where the previous owner lightly backed into something, I'd say the dent was the size of a half dollar and approx 1/4 deep the paint was also chipped there so I have a small bumper sticker covering it. The interior is nice, never smoked in, the truck is a no frills truck, no power window seat or mirrors, even the clutch is cable operated not hydraulic so there's nothing to go wrong with it. I has had a bed liner in it since new which shows light wear mostly from me, clutch feels great along with is 5 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly, all electrical works as it should, exhaust sounds great, no leaks. The tires could stand to be replaced at some point soon, that's the only thing this truck will need. Oh and a (2 ) of the plastic hub caps have small cracks in them, but are barely noticeable. This truck has had normal routine service and oil changes every 3k miles I'm only offering it up for sale because I had a newer Honda kinda fall into my lap and I'm very limited on space, and won't let it sit outside.
