General Terms
Method of payment is Cash (in-person), Cashiers Check, or Bank wire transfer. A non refundable $300 deposit is due after 24 hours end of auction, and full payment must be received 2 days after. This vehicle is sold AS-IS. I inspected the vehicle and found no defects or problems. All Inspections must be performed prior to bidding and are encouraged. Keep in mind these are used vehicles expect some wear, some vehicles may have minor hairline scratches. A $199.00 dealer fee applies. If sold in Florida A 7% tax and required title and transfer fees must be paid with the balance. Outside of Florida the buyer processes the registration. Bank wire transfers, Cashier Checks, Loan checks will have to be cleared prior to delivery of vehicle, NO PERSONAL CHECKS!! We reserve the right to notify bidders and end our auctions at any time and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and or closure. Remember some of these vehicles are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible!
