Now on to the truck:
1996 Toyota Land Cruiser, 4WD, 4x4 with front & rear differential lockers (K294). Green with gray leather interior, California since new. ZERO rust. Look at all the photos. Clean CarFax, no accidents. SUPER Clean!!
This is a remarkable example of an incredibly well kept Land Cruiser. Was purchased new right here in California.
4.5 Liter fuel injected straight 6, automatic full-time 4x4 (4WD) with low range and front, center & rear factory lockers. Green with gray leather, moonroof, 3rd row seats, tow package, roof rack delete, OEM alloy wheels etc. Aftermarket running boards (I was going to take off but they are actually pretty nice and easy to remove if desired). Proper size 275/70r16 Yokohama Geolanders.
This truck runs, drives, brakes and shifts just as it should and is a pleasure to drive. Zero issues to mention, truck is turn-key and ready to go. Low-range system works beautifully. All diff locks fully engage perfectly (see photos below)
The power windows work great. Driver's power seat works as it should with no issues. Passenger seat power functions are slow and intermintent but it's currently in a good position. Everythin gelse works on this cruiser, the power mirrors, power button, 2nd gear start button, moonroof, power antenna, dome lights. The D light is burned out on the gauge gear shift indicator. All original glass including the windshield.
Just serviced with oil change, filter and full lube and new front brakes.
This truck was almost always garaged and it shows! The exterior is very good shape with original Green Emerald paint looking better than most Land Cruisers of this vintage. I took a bunch of different angles of photos to show the color, it's green but looks kind of black in the lighting from the overcast sky. Very few character dings and very small scratches here and there noted in the photos. Small dent near the left rear tail light in the 1/4 panel. The only faded paint is an area on the roof though very minor and most people don't notice. The fender flare gaskets are little dried out as seen in the photos. Please look closely at the photos I tried to zero in on any blemishes. The original alloys wheels look great. The original jack and tool kit are present. I have 2 sets of keys. All original VIN stickers are present showing all original body panels, hood, rear hatch etc. Doesn't leak any oil though the rear main seal has a small amount of seepage but again it does not leak.
The interior is great condition. The front two rows of leather seats have been re-upholstered in a high quality leather. They match great and look better in person than in the photos and the 3rd row are in near new condition and original. The dash controls, the dash plastics, the console, the gear shifts, the carpet, the headliner are also in great shape. There is a small crack in the dash above the gauges also noted in the photos. No funny smells. Never smoked in. Aftermarket cd/stereo sounds pretty good but it's not super high end.
