Jaguar XK8 TOO MANY projects, this one needs to go to a good home. This car was my son's daily driver until about a year ago. I purchased a newer model and he drove my previous one. Since then it has been started occasionally but not driven anywhere. It is currently not registered but no taxes or fees outstanding. Clean NV title.
Car can be picked up and driven anywhere, just as long as you monitor the water level. I am also willing to deliver (within 250 miles of Reno) for $0.25 per mile on a flatbed trailer. It'd be nice to go somewhere for a few hours just to get away.
The Good-Only 125K miles-A/C works well-Very good tires-All electricals work, including top, doors and windows-No Trouble Codes-Interior is in above average condition. The driver seat shows slight wear on the outside lumbar support but no tears in the leather.-Aftermarket radio tied into factory steering wheel controls-Tonneau cover included
The Bad-Needs a new radiator, I think. There is a water leak and I'm pretty sure that is where it is coming from. Car has never overheated.-Carfax might show an accident but it was a minor fender bender. Someone backed into the driver's front fender in a parking lot. Fender was replaced.-Dents and dings from 23 years of service-Cracked windshield, on the passenger's side-Missing Power Steering Reservior cap
The Ugly-Needs Paint-While at college, someone knifed the convertible top. Only a 3-4 tear so car can be driven with no issue
