This arguably is one of if not the cleanest e36 m3s in existence. Truly an exceptional car and one that I planned to keep forever after recently purchasing it and wanting it for years. Finally goes up for sale, I jump on it and then bam have to deal with a detached garage fire. Some of the items that went up in flames aren't being covered by insurance so this amazing car might need to go.

That is a heck of a list and I know there are a ton of items that I am missing, but what really needs to be known to any potential buyer is the car drives 100% perfect. It idles perfect There is no bucking, surging, stalling, hesitating, etc. No check engine lights. Absolutely no issues. The power comes in smoothly and is very linear, but also very strong. The car is an absolute blast to drive. Definitely a true drivers car. The exhaust sound is spot on, not loud but still aggressive. Has a great sound at full tilt.
The condition of the car is unmatched for any e36 BMW. Interior is 9 out of 10...actually probably 9.5. The headliner is perfectly intact. No cracks in the dashboard. No tears in the seats. No stains etc. Insanely clean. Everything works as it should. A/C is ice cold. Heater, defroster, headlights etc all work. (there is a malfunction code in the cluster that comes on with the headlights. This car has upgraded HID headlights)
The exterior is also amazing. The car recently had a full polish and opticoat treatment. The hellrot paint shines like new. There are a few small rock chips. One on the rear spoiler, one under the driver's side door handle, and another in the hood. There is also a small dent in the hood. A small chip in the windshield (passed Maryland inspection without issue). Other then that the exterior is incredible. Again, I don't think you can find another e36 in this condition. Also, the wheels have zero curb rash and look pristine.
