For sale is a 1999 Saab 9-5 SE, with a 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine. 109, 000 miles (below average for this vintage). A truly beautiful full-sized sedan. Solid & Fast. Handles exceptionally well on slick roads. Never been in an accident. Great gas mileage. Clean title in hand.
Power everything. Heated seats. Sun roof. Winter and Sport drive modes. AM/FM/CD/tape deck. Night mode dash feature. A/C. ABS. Cruise. Leather interior. Dual air-bags. Original rims, etc, etc...
New parts installed within last two years: alternator, water pump, vacuum pump, rear power brake boosters, oil pressure switch; new plugs last month. All-season Pirelli tires.
Very little rust on body; two spots near both rear wheels (see pics). Exhaust could use a make-over eventually.
What needs work: Leaking coolant as it needs a new radiator (plastic upper-hose attachment broke; I've jimmied a temporary fix that's holding up nicely however). There is an oil leak as well (haven't pin-pointed where--could just be a valve or it could be the head gasket--unsure). Driver's side window is off its rails. Left high-beam needs electrical work. I removed the anti-theft system because it was going off spontaneously (this happens with these devices when they reach certain age; can be replaced easily enough if desired). Runs and drives great as is--but with a little work under the hood it could be tip-top.
