needs transmission !!!! im selling this for a close friend he purchased it in 2006 with with 28, 000 miles from a person that rebuilds wrecked hondas it had the drivers rear quarter replaced IT HAS A REBUILT TITLE !!! it has had the oil changed every 3000 miles the motor runs perfect, he is a service nut and it was always being serviced has ice cold A/C . last 6 months it got new tires and brakes , shocks/struts ball joints , starter , ac serviced , anything it every needed it got replaced , transmission started acting up he went and bought a new honda . the D4 shift indicator is flashing and i could drive it fine by starting out in first gear and maually shifting it up , he says at one point it was slipping also .. i drove it approx 10 miles yesterday no slip but had to shift it as i said , , IT NEEDS A TRANSMISSION OR AT LEAST TRANS REPAIR ... free and clear rebuilt title in hand .. it has rust on passenger side quarter panel , all glass appears good , has dents in hood from recent limb fell on it during storm , leather is dirty .the paint on car is not that great . all sales final , sold as is . ..To answer a few questions i have no idea why this is still for sale ! He spent $ 2200 on it 60 days ago , motor runs and is as tight as my wifes mercedes suv . this car drives likes a car with 50, 000 miles just has a messed up transmission . he said i have no use for this car , just give it away , only looking for a very serious buyer .want it out of my driveway ...we are not mechanics or car dealers ..just want it gone ..thanks.. fyi the tires cost more than 400 a few months ago
