Recent health issues have put in me in a place where I need to offload this car. It is a 2001 V6 accord sedan. I purchased the car with a hard shift from 1st to 2nd gear. HOWEVER: I found early on that if you let off the gas as you are accelerating right before it shifts, the car shifts smoothly into 2nd. Plenty of power. I replaced the starter in December. It has been a daily driver for 2 years. I have driven from San Antonio, TX to Mountain Home, AR (12 hours one way) twice in the last month with no problems.
There is a wings west lip on the front. I also have another lip I will send with the car. About 100 square feet of Dynamat Extreme is installed in the car (two bulk packs and 4 door kits worth). I dynamatted the trunk and all four doors. The inside of the door skin as well as the outside of each door panel.
I installed Audiobahn 6x9's (AS96V) in the rear deck and pioneer 5 1/4 in the front doors.
The parts car has 135xxx miles and engine runs smooth. I was in the process of gutting the interior and pulling the engine, so you will have to tow the parts car. A flatbed will likely be the best option. The parts car could be rebuilt if you are so inclined. I had intended to part it out on here and then scrap the chassis. I purchased the car mainly for the transmission and to have an extra engine on hand. Apparently it was high centered onto a large rock or something. The passenger side knuckle was pretty much wasted.
