Here I have for sale my 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ Classic 4X4. Final year of the XJs and many say the last of the real Jeeps. Nice quiet strong running 4.0 with no lifter tick and smooth shifting automatic. A/C blows nice and cold and heater works great too. This Jeep has never been smoked in. The interior is in remarkable shape for a 16 yr old truck and has no rips or tears. And surprisingly unlike nearly all XJs, the drivers seat is not ripped on the side and the rear wiper works (rare on XJs) as well. Just recently had the bumpers and rockers refinished to repair stone chips ($700) so other than a few very minor scuffs here and there it is in great condition and one of the nicest ones I have seen. Looks great underneath too and has the original rocker panels still in great shape. All the power windows and locks work and comes with the factory remote entry's with the keys. Recent oil change and tire rotation and very well maintained. The only thing it needs is the rear hatch cylinders replaced soon because the hatch sometimes will not stay up. I have had many Jeeps (and still own a couple) in my life and this is one of the cleanest ones I have ever had and it's never been off road and is 100% stock. Comes with the factory AM/FM/CD player and the dash has no lights (ck.engine etc.) on. 235/75/15 GoodYears on the factory alloy wheels are still in good shape too. Select Trac shift on the fly 4X4 works and is nice and quiet. This is a no reserve auction and this Jeep is going to be for sale locally too so I can end this auction at anytime!
