2001 Saab 9-3, well maintained, body in good condition but needs some work! If you are a Saab enthusiast looking to part together a couple 9-3s, this is a great car to start with! It has spent most of its life in Arizona and California, so its seen little snow and salt (little rust!).
It has recently had:
- New Battery and Alternator (AUG 16)
- New Front Lower Control Arm Assemblies (AUG16)
- New Spare Tire (donut) (2015)
- New Fuel Pump (2014)
- New AC Compressor (2014)
- New Fan Belt (2014)
It needs:
- A radiator. Transmission cooler is leaking transmission fluid into radiator. Requires new radiator, transmission flush and coolant flush. ~$1000 bucks in parts and labor and you'll be back on the road indefinitely!
** This needs to be done before it can be driven more than a few dozen miles**
It should eventually have:
- Cylinder Head Gasket (gasket is leaking at the rear of the engine)
- New Tires
Interior is pristine except for headliner falling down.
Exterior is Good, two minor rust spots, a few scrapes.
Drives like a new car, shifts like a new car.
Again, a great parts car or base to build on from your other 9-3s. If you're going to part it out, there is at least $2, 000 of new or like new parts on this car!
