Tom Gale, the former head of design at Chrysler who shepherded the Prowler into production said 'The car was far more than a 1990s spin on a 1933 Ford-it was Chrysler's largest-ever experiment in building aluminum cars, coming nearly 20 years ahead of the aluminum car revolution we're seeing today. The whole thing really was an exercise in research for how to use aluminum materials. At the time, Chrysler really didn't have a lot of applied research, so in my view, this was a great way to kind of force us to take a look at aluminum stamping, aluminum forming, extrusions, welding, and combining that with composite materials.' Options? There were no factory options on a Prowler. Interior; Non-smoker, very nice fit and finish. Exterior; No dents, no dings. The top is nice and tight with one small blemish on the passenger side. We will not sell a car to someone with zero feedback. We've learned the hard way. If you want to bid on a car and you have zero feedback, you MUST call us first and confirm your ability and willingness to pay for the car. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT: These vehicles are subject to sale outside of eBay and although we make every attempt to delete the eBay listing as soon as a vehicle is sold, a vehicle you purchase through eBay may already be sold. These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold in As Is condition. Some vehicles may still be under the original factory warranty, or an extended warranty may be purchased. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant cost of our time, vehicle relisting fees, paperwork and title production and lost productivity.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Harris County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Harris County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Harris County, Texas. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Harris County, Texas.
