We have a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 with dual rear wheels. The truck is 2 wheel drive with a manual 5 speed trans. The miles on the truck is 78, 000 miles. Everything in the truck works but will have a few minor things in which I will list. Some normal scratches, dents and wear and tear.
I am selling this truck for a friend. She is a Vet Doctor that used the truck to pull her horse trailer. She purchased a new truck. So this one she wants to sell.
The truck is equipped with a Gooseneck trailer ball with a electric brake control module. Truck also have heavy duty hitch in the rear with plugs. 4wheel disc brakes, running boards, bedliner
The inside the truck has the grey cloth seats in which are in great condition. The carpet does have a few minor stains.The dash has had a cap installed.Headliner is also in great condition. All controls, A/C, lights, radio, cruise control are all in working order.
The cons, All six tires will need to be replaced. Mostly dry rot.The windshield has a crack.The window switch on drivers door for the pass sides, works sometimes.The plastic Ebrake handle release is broken. You can pull the hook behind it to release it. The glove box has a broken pivot.Front speakers do not work.A few dents in tailgate, top of bed and corner of cab. Must have been from a newbe hooking up a trailer.Have photos.
I put the truck on the rack at my shop to do an inspection. All the steering, suspension, exhaust and driveline were in all good shape. The rear brakes were replaced and rotors turned. Fronts were good. I noticed no oil leaks and the tires were needed to be replaced. I have driven the truck for a week. And I didn't have any issues and had good MPG.
