| “Fun to drive, well equipped M-B Sports Coupe. The interior is extremely clean. The car had a recent state inspection.The battery was replaced in April '16. There is a working aftermarket CD changer installed in the trunk. All standard equipment and factory options work. There are paint chips on the hood and rust spots at the doglegs.There is a parasitic draw on the battery which we haven't been able to pinpoint. This occurs sporadically after the the car is shut off. If the car is not driven for a number of days, the batttery may need jumped. To avoid any battery drain, we simply have been disconnecting the negative battery terminal after parking the car and this eliminates any drain whatsoever. This takes an extra minute to connect or disconnect the negative cable but it does the trick until any further correction is made. We had a couple import repair shops, including the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer, attempt to find the problem, but one part replacement did not correct the issue.” |
