All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.
General Terms
All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close. We are brokers and are there to assist customers in the purchasing process. We highly encourage and assist customers in getting the vehicle inspected independently before making the buying decision. Our job is to make sure we get our customers as much information as possible about the vehicle and provide them with a no-pressure buying experience. We do not repair the salvage vehicles, however, we have a state-of-the-art service center on-site for our customer's convenience. All the vehicles are sold AS-IS by the sellers, however, we add a 6-Month/7500 Miles Powertrain warranty for our customer's protection which is valid coast-to-coast. We reserve the right to end the auction early.
Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the documentation fee ($199). The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Michigan residents will be charged 6% tax.
