2003 white Audi TT
246k miles, 2nd owner since 175k. I have a bad hip and can no longer comfortably drive stick. I hate to sell, but don't want it to sit around and collect dust and waste away.
Timing belt, tensioner, water pump, serp belt, serp belt tensioner just completed at 240k. Also replaced valve cover gasket and cam chain tensioner at the same time, as well as throttle body clean. PCV system and coolant flange replaced at 225k. Haldex replaced with used unit with 100k miles at around 210k miles. At the same time replaced transmission and haldex fluid and filter was replaced. Major service completed at 230k, to include spark plugs, fuel filter, haldex filter, pollen filter, brake flush and engine oil and filter was just changed at the same time as the timing belt replacement. Has had both door lock actuators replaced as well as window motors at 180k. Just installed new stereo with bluetooth. Car sits on H&R springs and Megan Racing adjustable rear arms (all 4 arms) installed recently with alignment completed. Front suspension ball joints, tie rod ends and strut mounts replaced when springs were installed. Previous owner replaced struts and shocks with factory replacements just prior to me purchasing vehicle. Has 18 inch mesh wheels, the polished lips have seen better days. Has a decent Pirellis. Fuel pumps, instrument cluster and driver side headlight ballast were replaced, also just prior to me purchasing the vehicle. ECM is APR chipped and the car performs well, mostly highway driven, very little in town use.
Driver seat outer bolster is in sad shape, but expected for the age, otherwise, the interior is in great shape. Paint is decent for the age, but the front end has its fare share of chips from highway use. Refinished headlights recently, as they were getting yellowed from the hot Las Vegas summers.
Like I said, hate to see it go, but want it to go to a good home!
