Description:

The Shinsen Version is a limited edition MX-5 produced for the 2003 model year only. It sat in the line up between the base model and the LS. 1 of only 1500 made, this roadster features a titanium gray exterior with a dark blue interior and top, aluminum finish trim on the interior, 16 aluminum alloy wheels, and cruise control.

Overall, the physical condition is very good. The paint has a couple of scuffs and scratches. The body has some small dents, most if not all can be pulled out. The soft top has a small pin hole from an unknown source. The driver's seat is worn on the seat portion only and the passenger's seat has little-to-no signs of wear. The crankshaft was recently replaced along with the solenoid valve, both of which had previously failed due to a common key-way failure on the crankshaft and timing belt pulley. Reassembly included a 'crankshaft saver' to mitigate future failure and should be good for another 100k+ miles. All work was preformed locally at Rick's Autoworks (formerly Miley Motors) in N. Charleston.
Also included with the car are OEM replacement carpeted floor mats embroidered with Shinsen Version, the factory stereo head unit, dark blue roof boot/tonneau cover, and Mazda OEM bra. Clean title in hand.
