2003 Saab 9-5 Aero Turbo

Condition:
Great running Saab 9-5 Aero Turbo has only 147k miles with very clean exterior/interior, 5 speed manual transmission, clean title, working AC, stock AM/FM stereo with tape cassette/CD, working moonroof, clean leather power seats in excellent condition, interior and exterior lights in good working condition, working fog lights, recently passed smog in March, recently OBD2 diagnostic scanned without any codes popping up and has stock alloy wheels with some slight rim scrapes. I purchased this car in March of this year for work, but I was recently given another car from my parents as a gift and I have no need for a second car.
There are some slight issues that this car needs done after purchasing since this car does some years on it (and I do not have the time to fix, may be a head gasket that needs to be replaced), such as a small oil leak, maybe a few drops after parking which causes some slight smoke when driven (not sure what it is, but I believe its from the leak), body is clean with only small dings, scrapes, fading and other minor flaws on the body/paint, driver side rear window does not work, a small interior piece in the rear passenger side is missing, key remote for door locks not working (may require new battery) and car may need a tune up, but no major work that I am aware of is required.
This car was previously in an accident on the driver side door, but has been fixed (there is a slight dent that is visible only when examined closely), an antenna on the top is missing and also there is a crack on the left fog light glass.
