Unless otherwise specified in the description, this vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. In either case, The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
We require winning buyers/bidders to deposit $300 (Non-Refundable) through valid credit card within 24 hours and the remaining balance in 5 business days. We recommend buyers to inspect the vehicle prior to buying/bidding. If the buyer needs to ship the vehicle then he/she needs to sign the vehicle release document prior to shipping. You're most welcome to have the vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic or dealership. You're required to pay $50 inspection/transportation fee for the inspection plus the dealership/mechanic inspection charges. All inspections must be done prior to the end of auction.
Due to transaction delay and other unavoidable circumstances we might get the title late.
In order to protect buyers, We require buyers to have the vehicle inspected by an inspection company prior to bidding/buying. Buyers can arrange own inspection company or use eBay wegolook.com service for the inspection. if the buyer chose not to have the inspection done and the vehicle has been picked up in person or shipped, then we won't be responsible for any damages, mechanical/electrical malfunctions and won't compensate for any repairs or damages.
Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle. Buying vehicle on ebay is a legal binding contract.
We accept certified funds or bank to bank wire transfers. No personal checks or credit cards. All buyers must pay dealer fee $295 and 0.03% of the purchase price (Vehicle Inventory Tax). Texas residents will pay Texas sales Tax (6.25% of the sale price), registration, title transfer, sticker, inspection and plus all the mentioned fees. All bidders should have all questions answered and loans pre-approved before bidding.
The discounted shipping is only valid for major cities. We won't guarantee the pickup/delivery time. We don't own a shipping company. We will only dispatch the vehicle on shipping network. We will dispatch the vehicle for the average shipping quote by the system. If for some reason, we can't get the shipping arranged within 7 days after the vehicle is paid off, then the customer either will pay more to compensate the difference for expedite shipping or they would have to arrange their own shipping or fly/drive to Houston and pick up the vehicle in person and we will refund the shipping cost to the customer. Once the vehicle is dispatched, it will be customer responsibility to keep track of shipping. Even though, all the shipping companies are licensed and insured but we strongly recommend buyers to have the insurance at the time of purchase for extra protection.
