Solitro Auto Sales presents this 2004 BMW 330xi AWD Sedan Automatic with 116, xxx miles. Great looking vehicle with low miles for the year. Silver exterior, black leather interior. AWD. Engine and transmission are in good working order. Fun to drive!! The vehicle has a little amount of rust on the drivers side rear fender and a clip is missing on the front passenger side bumper under the light. Both cosmetic issues are fixable. Mechanically solid. Solitro Auto Sales reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all eBay users who bid on this auction, and cancel any and all bids at our discretion. The vehicle is being sold locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early or after eBay auction ends if sold outside of eBay. All eBay users with less than 10 feedback MUST contact Solitro Auto Sales prior to placing a bid to ensure intent to purchase the vehicle. Any bids placed by eBay users with less than 10 feedback prior to contacting us will be canceled. The eBay user will be contacted by us to establish communication before being able to place any further bids.
Shipping Information
All shipping charges are the Buyer's responsibility. Solitro Auto Sales assumes no responsibility for damages that may occur during loading of the vehicle to the transport unit, during shipping or after the vehicle leaves our premise. Solitro Auto Sales is not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between the Buyer and the Carrier and not with Solitro Auto Sales. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the Carrier selected. All vehicles can be picked up at Solitro Auto Sales, 101 Broadway, Fall River, Massachusetts 02721 unless a prior agreement has been made between the Buyer and Seller. The Buyer has the option to pickup the vehicle from our dealership location specified above. The Buyer is required to provide Solitro Auto Sales with proof of insurance prior to driving the vehicle off of the lot.
Massachusetts DOES NOT issue temporary plates. If Buyer plans to drive vehicle home instead of having it shipped Buyer must register and insure the vehicle prior to pickup. Buyer must bring their own license plate registered to the vehicle and provide proof of insurance before leaving the dealership.
Payment Information
Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's User Agreement.
A deposit of $500.00 by PayPal must be paid within 24 Hours of the close of the Auction. Deposits are nonrefundable. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the auctions close. Solitro Auto Sales excepts certified bank check ONLY as forms of full balance payment. Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by eBay messenger, e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. All nonpayment Buyers will be charged a $150.00 re-listing fee and be reported to eBay for nonpayment.
ALL Massachusetts Residents must contact the dealership PRIOR to placing any bids. Out of State Buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle and paying applicable taxes and registration fees in their home state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. All vehicles are subject to a $299.00 documentation fee. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the Buyer, all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the Seller and full payment must be completed and cleared with Solitro Auto Sales. Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 14 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
