Fees and Taxes Most out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license but are responsible for the documentation fee, which is $290.00. There are 7 states that we DO collect taxes from: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, and South Carolina. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. You will receive 45-day in-transit tags.
