ALL FUNCTIONS WORK AS THEY SHOULD, POWER WINDOWS, LOCKS, MIRRORS, STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS AND THE A/C BLOWS COLD. IT'S BEEN FULLY SERVICED WITH NEW FRONT BRAKES, REAR EXHAUST, OIL CHANGE AND DECENT TIRES IN THE FRONT, (REAR TIRES WILL NEED REPLACEMENT EVENTUALLY). ALL IN ALL I WOULD SAY THIS CAR IS ABOUT AN 8 OUTTA 10!! THE ENGINE RUNS STRONG AND TRANS SHIFTS SMOOTHLY WITH NO ISSUES OR PROBLEMS. TERMS & CONDITIONS
We operate our local family-run car lot with retail inventory, but present demand for internet sales has motivated us to list cars on eBay. Our cars are sourced locally as new car dealer trade-ins and also private party purchases. We check our vehicles to the best of our abilities to give you an accurate description of the running and driving condition of the vehicle. While our cars are sold as-is as they are traded. We sell each and every one with confidence as we'd sell it to our neighbors or family. Please keep in mind, these are used vehicles that come with age and mileage-appropriate wear and tear. They might have scratches, dings, dents, rust, accidents, damages, paint/bodywork, worn interiors, warning lights on or inop functions etc. We do our very best to disclose any of these known defects or issues. Please keep in mind it’s a used vehicle and i can’t predict what the future will hold. What i can tell you is what i know about the vehicle and its conditions. I do not have service records of vehicles unless stated otherwise. We ask that any questions or concerns be expressed prior to the end of the auction. We encourage people to get a used car inspection of the vehicle from a third party prior to purchasing it or you can inspect it yourself. If an issue arises after purchase, we do our very best to help resolve the issue. Almost all of the time all goes well and our customers enjoy their vehicle. We are very transparent with our business dealings and have nothing to hide. The whole idea is for you to be Happy with your vehicle and Confident with purchasing it. Deposits and Payments:
The bidder is required to place a Non-Refundable $200 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The remaining balance can be paid via Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer or Cash in person. Please complete all your financial arrangements prior to bidding on the vehicle, so there is no delay in the transaction. We do not charge a dealership documentation fee on top of the auction price. We retain a non-refundable $200 towards the cost of our listing fees in the event the sale cannot be completed for any reason.
Taxes and Tags:
TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. Customers who live in New Jersey are REQUIRED BY LAW TO PAY YOUR TAXES TO US ON TOP OF YOUR BID! What this means for you is your bid price plus ADD the current NJ tax Rate of 6.875% EQUALING A NEW TOTAL PRICE. We pay the state of New Jersey the taxes we collect from you and will be marked on the title as required by law. ! We have No Other Charges!
Out of State: Customers pay their taxes in their home state where they register the it.
As-Is
What this means is: This vehicle is being sold Totally AS-IS, No Warranty of any kind, No Exceptions, All sales are final as All of our vehicles are sold this way. This means you have assumed responsibility for the vehicle and you will pay for any and all repairs to the vehicle. The Dealer isn’t responsible for any repair cost or Damages. Feel free to check the vehicle prior to purchasing it or have a third party check the vehicle prior to purchase, in which you will pay for the inspection. I’m willing to take the vehicle to any shop for a pre-inspection but it must be within 10-miles of us and you must pay for the inspection whether you buy it or not. We have nothing to hide and this option can give you some reassurance about the vehicle and us. If you decide not to buy the vehicle because of a discrepancy of opinions about the listing, vehicle conditions and or anything else, WE WILL NOT reimburse you for your travel, expenses, transportation or anything to do with it etc.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
When the auction ends, you have 3 days to pay for the vehicle in full. After that you have 10 days from the purchase date to pick-up your vehicle and finish the deal. Customer is responsible for pick-up and delivery of vehicle. The vehicle must be paid for in full before this and all checks must be cleared prior. NO Exceptions!
We can provide you with a Temporary Registration: Only if you have proof of insurance on the current vehicle you purchased with us. This means you must have a print out of your insurance card with current vehicle vin#, name, effective date, expiration date and company code . Also you Must have a valid driver’s license to match the insurance. We will not and can not make any exceptions for this.
