Mechanical: Recent mechanical Lexus service includes (i) all new front brakes [pads and rotors machined] earlier this month on 5 Oct. 2016 at Mileage 151, 243, and Lexus service oil change and new air filter; (ii) replaced both of the car's Timing Belt and Water Pump on June 8th 2016 this past summer [note: Lexus recommends replacement of both the Timing Belt and Water Pump every 90, 000 miles; I just replaced both of these EARLY by 40, 000 miles (at 150, 000 miles instead of waiting till 180, 000 miles – so this car will now not require this expensive maintenance again for another 90, 000 miles – at ~240, 000 miles. [First replacement of both Timing Belt and Water Pump was done at its conventional ~90, 000 miles]; and (iii) I also just put a new battery in on 16 March 2016 earlier this year. All maintenance records available – and all this vehicle's maintenance was performed at local ABQ dealership. Standard Major last service performed by Lexus at Mileage 143, 781 on 2 Nov. 2015, less than a year ago and less than 7, 000 miles ago. New front shocks …
Tires: good condition, 4 new Michelin Premium tires purchased and installed on
