Clean title built evo with lots of extras. I have a photo album with over 150 pictures of the build/changes throughout the last couple years ive owned the vehicle. Also have plenty of receipts. Bought the car with 69k miles in the fall of 2014. Car currently has 83, 269 & about 4k on the built motor!
So the purpose of this build was to build a reliable 400 hp evo that was clean, and simple but also slightly unique in the type of engine set up i wanted. I wanted to build an evo that i could just hop in it and drive it whenever i wanted with no issues whatsoever that could take the occasional spirited drive on the weekends. The car runs amazing, sounds really good, and looks great. The only reason I'm selling it is because my goal is to save up and buy my dream car which is an nsx. As for the engine build and total mod list, I've compiled everything i could find as far as receipts and pictures and have them in hand as well.
